My part
- Built the public service pages and the protected admin workspace.
- Built enquiry, client, job, review and reminder workflows.
- Implemented authentication, database records and transactional email delivery.
- Added browser tests, validation scripts, SEO output and deployment checks.

Controls that mattered
- HttpOnly admin sessions
- Same-origin checks on writes
- Database-backed rate limits
- Email delivery leases and bounded retries
Where it landed
- Connected enquiries to the client and job records used for follow-up.
- Kept email failure separate from form persistence so a delivery problem does not lose an enquiry.
- Added recurring-job reminders without inventing completed visits.
