My part
- Built the public site and the staff, candidate, coach and employer workspaces.
- Designed workflows for coaching, candidate profiles, HR-service requests, meetings, communications and finance.
- Built the data model, authentication, role permissions, file handling and service-order flows.
- Added calendar integrations, scheduled communications and payment handling.
How I built it
- Next.js 16, React 19 and TypeScript
- Prisma 7 with Neon PostgreSQL
- NextAuth credentials authentication
- Role-specific dashboards for admin, recruiter, coach, finance, content, employer and candidate users
- Paystack payments and external calendar integrations
Controls that mattered
- Candidate consent before profile publication and controlled introductions
- Role and workspace permissions
- Private-file handling and production storage controls
- Payment verification on the server rather than trusting browser redirects
Where it landed
- Connected the public service journey to the candidate, employer and staff records used after somebody signs up or requests help.
- Created a clear boundary between public profile information and private candidate records.
- Gave each staff role a workspace built around its own queue and responsibilities.
